Description

The Municipality of Oldambt purchases external expertise to advise, support and accompany residents of Oldambt municipality who are self-employed or run their own business and residents who wish to work as such. At present, these services are (still) offered to our residents from 2 departments of the municipality, namely, Spatial Economie (R ‘E’) and Werk 'Inkomen (W' I '). At the time, this was due, on the one hand, to the implementation of 2 legal provisions by the then IGSD Oldambt and, on the other hand, the provision of services by the 3 individual municipalities of Winschoten, Scheemda and Reiderland. The service was provided on the basis of an administrative desire to stimulate and facilitate entrepreneurship. The Contracting Party shall endeavour to conclude a contract with a company to which the contract has been awarded with effect from 1 January 2012.
