The subject matter of the procurement shall include the transport and supply of medical devices to the place of delivery, including packaging, transport, unpacking, loading, unloading, installation, assembly, commissioning and commissioning, ready for reception and operation, training of specialists, delivery of all technical and service documentation, provision of warranty services during the warranty period (for labour, spare parts and supplies), as well as the costs of removing, on behalf of and by the successful tenderer, any technical defects not attributable to the contracting authority and covered by the warranty conditions and liability of the tenderer selected as contractor.
