Description

In 2014, Avalex and its participating municipalities jointly carried out a policy study leading to the waste policy plan “De Nieuwe Inzamelen”. In 2015, the municipal councils of the participating municipalities adopted this plan, introducing De Nieuwe Inzamelen throughout the Avalex catchment area. The core of the New Collection principle is to provide a higher service on raw materials and a lower service for the collection of residual waste. The essence of ‘The New Collection’ is to achieve the objective of sustainable behavioural change among residents in the catchment area of Avalex. In order to achieve all the objectives of ‘De Nieuwe Inzamelen’, the contracting authority uses various means of collection. With this invitation to tender, the contracting authority intends to place on the market the purchase of Mini undersolving Containers (MOCs) and underground Containers (BOCs).
