The rural district of Bad Kissingen and Caritas-Schulen gGmbH are planning to build a new vocational training centre with approximately 6 000 m² of main useful area as a result of an architectural competition.
The planned new construction consists of several ranked structures.
The structure of the building is planned for three-storey solid/skeletal construction and the interior development takes place via a medium floor.
The new building should be functionally and economically viable and can be operated at low maintenance costs.
The total estimated cost of this construction measure is approximately EUR 21000000 gross, while the KG 300 and 400 combined with a gross amount of approximately EUR 15000000.
