Description

The framework agreement concerns the redevelopment of the road network covering the sectors of Rue de Sélestat - Rempart Monseigneur Caspar - Place de l'Eglise - Route de Boersch - Faubourg on behalf of the City of Obernai. Given its specific nature, this framework agreement is broken down into six technical lots defined as follows: - Lot 1: Sanitation and drinking water; - Lot 2: Roads and rainwater; - Lot 3: Lighting and dry networks; - Lot 4: Green areas and plantations; - Lot 5: Go upstairs for people; - Lot 6: Locksmith. The description of the works and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) relating to the framework agreement for each lot. In accordance with the provisions of Article R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code, the City of Obernai has chosen to use a suitable procedure for lots 5 and 6. Companies may submit a tender for one or more lots.
