Description

Jeugdhulp Crisis richt zich op het bezweren van de crisis samen met de jeugdige en haar/zijn ouder/verzorger. Een crisis is een ernstige verstoring van het normale, alledaagse functioneren van een individu of systeem. Het gaat op dat moment de draaglast van een jeugdige, ouder of gezin en van hun sociale netwerk ver te boven. Het gaat vaak om extreme situaties die een direct handelen eisen. Daarnaast zorgt de crisisaanbieder voor een sociaal domein-brede analyse van de problematiek, risicofactoren, krachten/kansen en verwachtingen en hulpvragen van jeugdige en ouder/verzorger. Er wordt gewerkt aan urgente vragen die direct een oplossing vergen, en er wordt gewerkt aan zo snel mogelijke afschaling van de crisiszorg doch uiterlijk binnen 4 weken. Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten
