The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of municipal waste management services from the Municipality of Gryfino – collected from owners of uninhabited real estate – fraction ‘unsorted (mixed) municipal waste’ – with code 20 03 01. Transport of waste from a transhipment point located within the Gryfino-East municipal waste landfill (Dz. No 96/16 of the district of Wełtyń II, Gmina Gryfino) and the related costs of delivering waste to the waste management installation are borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to manage the waste collected from the Ordering Party, which is the subject of the contract under the Agreement in the municipal installation, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. Contractor operating municipal installations referred to in Art. 6 point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587) are obliged to provide the Ordering Party with information about the waste provided to them by the Ordering Party, which they have subjected to the process of preparing for re-use, recycling or provided for this purpose to another waste holder, in accordance with Article 9oa of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). In order to determine the value of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall indicate the expected/estimated amount of waste to be managed by the Contractor during the period covered by this procedure – 2050 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste to be managed under the contract – the amount given above is an estimated amount, while the actual amounts of waste to be managed under this contract will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The above-mentioned anticipated/estimated amount of waste intended for management under this contract may not be the basis for any claims by the Contractor in the event of a reduction in the amount of waste submitted by the Contracting Authority for management during the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the resolution of the procedure in question, however, the Contracting Authority guarantees the amount of waste submitted for management at the level of 50% of the estimated amount of waste indicated above. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with monthly information containing data on: # the weight of waste accepted for management in a given month, indicating the weight of waste from individual transports, together with an indication of the facility to which the waste was transferred, # the waste management method established on the basis of the lists of waste recovery and disposal operations set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 or in the relevant act. The information referred to above shall be provided by the Contractor within 7 days from the end of the month in question, in writing, with the signature of the person drawing up and in electronic form, agreed with the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall bear full responsibility for the proper management of the waste received in accordance with the relevant provisions in force. Minimum frequency of waste collection: 2 times a week for a minimum of 10 Mg in one transport with the possibility of cumulation of quantities in one transport.
