1. The subject of the contract is the management of waste from the Świebodzice commune in 2025 for a period of 6 months. The Ordering Party, in accordance with its decisions and permits required by law, will provide the Contractor with waste with the following codes: – 20 03 01 (unsegregated mixed municipal waste) in the amount of 3150 Mg/half-year +/- 20%, - 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) in the amount of 150 Mg/half-year +/- 20%, - 20 03 07 (large waste) in the amount of 160 Mg/half-year +/- 20%, - 15 01 01 (paper and cardboard) in the amount of 170 Mg/half-year +/- 20%, - 15 01 02 (plastic packaging) in the amount of 190 Mg/half-year +/- 20%, - 15 01 07 (glass packaging) in the amount of 80 Mg/half-year +/- 20%. - 20 01 11 (textiles) in the amount of 15 Mg / half year +/- 20% The amounts of waste to be managed indicated above are forecast values and may decrease or increase, to which the contractor agrees and will not pursue claims for quantitative changes during the implementation of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the minimum amount of waste ordered for management by the Contractor is 80% above the indicated range. 1.A. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of increasing the subject of the contract using the option right referred to in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The right of option is the possibility to increase the scope of services covered by the basic contract on the terms of the concluded contract to the size specified by extending the term of the contract for a maximum period of 6 months (until 31.12.2025). The right of option is a right of the Ordering Party, which it may or may not exercise as part of the performance of the contract. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the Contractor's option right, no claims are entitled to this. The condition for activating the option right is the submission by the Ordering Party of a declaration of intent regarding the exercise of the option right to the extent specified by him. The condition for the Contracting Authority to exercise the option right will be to have financial resources in the budget for the provision of services. The rules governing the performance of the subject-matter of the contract covered by the option right shall be the same as those applicable to the performance of the principal subject-matter of the contract.
