The purpose of this public procurement is the supply and installation of air conditioners/air conditioning systems for the needs of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. Deliveries will be made on the basis of a contract letter issued by the Contracting Authority, containing information about the type, quantity and exact location or locations (addresses) of the supply of air conditioners/air conditioning systems, according to the specific needs of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo and its structures. The subject matter of the public procurement contract includes the following activities: 1. delivery of air conditioning systems to the place of delivery specified in the procurement letter; 2. installation/installation and commissioning of the supplied air conditioning systems in the respective sites and premises; 3. Instruction of the personnel of the Contracting Authority for operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems; 4. warranty service of the supplied air conditioners/air conditioning systems within the warranty period, starting from the date of signing the Acceptance-Delivery Protocol for acceptance of the delivery and the accompanying activities under items 2 and 3 above.
