The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, export, disposal and recovery of medical waste generated in the facilities of Sosnowiec Miejski Hospital Sp. z o. o., in restructuring located in Sosnowiec at the following street: Hospital 1 and ul. E. Zegadłowicza 3, codes 18 01 01 ,18 01 02*,18 01 03*,18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 09. The order consists of 2 parts of the so-called. Packages: Package 1 – Successive collection, export and disposal of waste with codes: 18 01 02*,18 01 03*, 18 01 09 for a total quantity of: 297 120kg Package No 2 – , onward collection service for export and recovery of waste with codes:18 01 01, 18 01 04, 18 01 06* for which recovery is permissible, with a total quantity of: 7464kg. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, assortment and quantity can be found in Annexes 3.1 and 3.2 to the FTZ. The tenders submitted must include the full scope of the subject-matter of the contract.
