Description

This contract lasts for four years and is renewable four times for a period of one year.
Allotment:
This contract comprises two lots. It is possible for the tenderer to reply to both lots.
Lot 1: the use of the services of a Payment Service Provider in the development of the sale of tickets on the web and on the mobile application (end of 2020).
The PSP secures payments, processes payment information vis-à-vis the TEC sales site or the application, on the one hand, and vis-à-vis the purchaser, on the other, minimises fraud by means of filter and blocking mechanisms and offers reporting tools to help reconcile transactions with sales recorded in the billettical back-office (current system plus mobile payment).
The contract for Lot 1 comprises:
