Poland-Bielsko-Biała: Network servers
The subject of the contract is the supply of BLADE servers for the needs of the Municipal Office in Bielsko-Biała, pl. Stage 1, which is the place of performance of the above-mentioned contract, the extension of the VMware licence and the updating of the VMware environment.
The detailed scope of the contract and the requirements are set out in Annex 4 to No. TOR.
The Contractor shall be required to make good any damage at the place of performance for which the Contractor and those acting on his behalf are jointly and severally liable.
The contractor is required to properly manage the waste generated by the performance of the subject-matter of the contract and to comply with environmental protection rules (inter alia, to prevent the generation of waste, reduce its quantity and its negative impact on the environment, ensure its recovery and correct disposal).
The contracting authority shall require the Contractor to use only products: free from legal defects, legally sourced, purchased in the manufacturer’s authorised sales channel in the European Union, authorised for free circulation and use in accordance with the legislation in force, factory new – i.e. produced no more than 6 months before the date of delivery, with a high quality and high durability of use.
