The subject of the contract is the supply of food products up to 35 WOG, i.e. vegetables, fruits, tropical fruits, fish, eggs intended for the ongoing feeding of soldiers, carried out on the basis of the Candidate Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 4 December 2014 on free feeding of professional soldiers and soldiers in service (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 926, as amended). Journal of Laws 2019, item 1604 as amended), Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 24.03.2011 on feeding soldiers of active military service (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2019, item 1134 as amended) and other legal acts. The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into four lots.
