Description

The objective of the TK is to conclude discount agreements with all appropriate pharmaceutical companies pursuant to Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V concerning the active ingredient certoparin. The contract is concluded as part of the TK’s open-house biologics procedure:
Individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted and uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractors. The maximum duration of the contract is 24 months starting on 01/05/2018. The contract will end on 30/04/2020 at the latest, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract.
