Since 2021, the LEG has been working as a planner and project coordinator on behalf of the TMIL and together with many other stakeholders on the project for the nationwide introduction of ITF for local road passenger transport (StPNV) in the rural districts of Thuringia – in short ‘ITF Thuringia 2030’. In accordance with these contracts, LEG Thüringen undertakes the following partial services: (a) Organisation of the ITF working group, (b) Management and controlling of material costs: Catering and materials for one ITF forum per year, (c) Public relations: Ongoing updating and annual development of the project website www.itf-thueringen.de as well as preparation, implementation and follow-up of an ITF forum per year, (d) participation of task owners and examination and integration of emerging plans of third parties (e.g. district transport plans), (e) interface function to related mobility topics in Thuringia, e.g.: Thuringian Mobility Network (TMN) pilot projects and implementation support (e.g. Rennsteigbus); National tariff; Expansion of ITF nodes; Participation StPNV-Richtlinie, (f) Rufbus operational concepts (not implementation support), integration project "MOVEwell", (g) preparation of school data sheets for implementation-ready regions, (h) concept and detailed planning (including school traffic) in the districts to be processed, (i) participation schools, rework planning in the districts to be processed.
