Description

The tendered task concerns advice in connection with the implementation of the ‘DKV plan - Operation control and maintenance of fire conditions in and around buildings’ for the properties designated by the Municipality of Gentofte. The properties are existing properties, which for the most part are covered in whole or in part by BR18, §147.
The tasks of the individual properties include in general:
- Examination of the building case archive to determine the fire conditions approved for the property's buildings.
- Plan and implement building review, with registration of the current fire conditions as well as possible.
- Prepare fire plans (floor plans and situation plans).
- Prepare fire and evacuation plans for building sections covered by BR18 § 147.
- Prepare DKV plan – Operation, control and maintenance of fire conditions in and around buildings’ on the allocated properties.
