Description

The subject of the contract is to perform annual inspections of the technical condition and safety of flood embankments in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Legnica Basin in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 of the Construction Law Act. The protocols must be signed by persons who can perform independent technical functions in the construction industry (who have the relevant building licenses referred to above).
in point 7.3.1(b).
The subject-matter of the contract shall consist of:
- Execution of annual inspections of the technical condition and safety of flood embankments in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Legnica Basin in accordance with
with Annex 1 to the Description of the subject of the contract (144 objects with a total length of 231,132 km).

For each building (flood embankment) a separate study should be carried out.
