Description

In accordance with Article 74(3) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the contracting authority establishes a reduced period for the submission of tenders, not less than 15 days, due to the urgent need to ensure the snow removal activity of the municipality of Galati, under optimal conditions, and given that the machines requested for rent were the subject of another procedure, in which either no tenders were submitted or the tenderers submitted the tender documents erroneously. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be required for the duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract of those to be awarded for the duration of the framework agreement: according to the specifications.
