Description

The subject of the contract includes the construction of the Stryków Development Centre. The CRS Investment consists of a number of elements, but the main part of the complex is a complex of buildings: -Basic School, -Preschools, -Sports Hall, -House of Culture with a connector The whole team is complemented by the sports part of the land development located in the north-eastern part of the property, consisting of: -athletics court, -outdoor stadium serving both above-mentioned pitches, -cloakroom and sanitary facilities building, -volleyball and basketball courts, -playgrounds located directly next to kindergarten and school classes. The school fence divides the area into three zones – public, school and sports. From the front and northern elevation, i.e. in the public part, the fence is not designed. The area will be illuminated by artificial light, designed lighting fixtures. In the area covered by the study, external benches and bicycle racks were also designed. In the sanitary installation industry, Stage 1 includes in particular: - water supply network, water supply connection and on-site installation - sanitary sewerage connection, on-site installation - rainwater sewerage installation, retention reservoir, outlet to the ditch - underground gas installation - installations for sports pitch facilities buildings - irrigation and drainage installations (drainage) of pitches In the field of power and telecommunications installations, Stage 1 includes in particular: - supply of stage 1 - lighting of the area within stage 1 - technical sewerage within stage 1 (sewerage for optical fibres) - supply of sanitary equipment in the field (e.g. supply of pumping station - supply from the RGS3 switchgear) - supply of facilities and buildings within stage 1 - internal and external installations of facilities and buildings within stage 1 - electrical and telecommunication installations inside buildings / objects within stage 1 - lightning protection installations in the field of raw condition of kindergarten, school, sports hall and community house buildings 4.Detailed description and method of performance of the contract is contained in the project documentation, constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ. 5. Execution and maintenance throughout the entire period of implementation of the illuminated (2 pcs.) advertisement, located on the Investment site, showing the visualization of the target appearance of the CRS (graphics-printed on the blockout banner, one-sided printing).
