Description

Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е избор на изпълнител на СМР за "Ремонт на сграда ЦОПС в пристанищен терминал "Фериботен комплекс Варна". Ремонта на сградата обхваща цялостно ремонтиране на плоските покриви на етажи 6 и 7, възстановяване на наклоните за водоотвеждане, ново хидроизолационно покритие, нови обшивки и поли по бордовете от поцинкована ламарина. Нови външни водоустойчиви врати (излази) на покрива. Пълно запечатване на етаж 7 с циментови плоскости. Цялостно възстановяване на фасадата на етаж 7. Подмяна на счупени стъкла по алуминиевата и дървена дограма. Частично възстановяване на фасадите- събаряне подпухнали мазилки, шпакловки и боядисване. Уплътняване на съществуващата дограма. Частичен ремонт на стаи, коридор и санитарно помещение със смяна на дограми и врати.
