Description

In order to meet the requirements for the proper operation of the sewerage system and the proper flow of watercourses on its territory of competence, the SIAH carries out services for the cleaning of wastewater and rainwater networks, and the emptying of sand chambers from its heritage. It will take the form of a framework agreement with single-contractor order forms with no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of EUR 7 000 000 excluding VAT over the overall duration of the framework agreement and a single operator, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1-1, R. 2162-1 et seq. and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
