Description

Service contract for the award of contracts for the distribution of communication documents of the departmental archaeological museum/site in Bavay, the Matisse departmental museum in Cateau-Cambrésis and the departmental glass museum/workshop in Sars-Poteries.
Lot 1: distribution of communication documents to the districts of Avesnes-sur-Helpe, Cambrai and Valenciennes, and to the department of Aisne,
lot 2: distribution of communication documents to the district of Lille,
lot 3: distribution of communication documents to the districts of Douai and Dunkirk and to the Pas-de-Calais department,
lot 4: circulation of communication documents to Belgium.
These are the distribution of posters (in protected and non-protected display), communication cards, flyers, brochures and leaflets, and table sets.
Each contract shall be concluded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of its notification to the Contractor. Each contract may be renewed no more than three (3) times, unless the representative of the contracting authority expressly denounces it at least three (3) months before the anniversary of the date on which the contract was notified. The duration of each contract may not exceed four (4) years.
The opinion involves the establishment of four (4) framework agreements.
