Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of reagents, control and consumable materials together with the lease of an analyser for electrophoretic chapters on agarose gels and the detection of oligoclonal striations together with additional equipment and parasitological test tubes for the Laboratory Diagnostics Department of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Częstochowa. 2. The description of the subject of the order was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ, which constitutes the draft provisions of the contract (PPU). 3. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The term "partial tender" means the individual lots set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ. The Contractor may submit a tender for any lots or for the entire subject of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract includes 2 lots, i.e.: PART 1 - Supply of reagents, control and consumable materials together with the lease of the analyzer for electrophoretic chapters on agarose gels and the detection of oligoclonal striations together with additional equipment.
