Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out renovation and requalification work on the road. The City of Nîmes will make use of this multi-awarded framework agreement for sites requiring the mobilisation of significant human and material resources and requiring a high level of technical expertise, whether in the preparation of the site or in the implementation of various processes (reuse of the materials in place; lime platform treatment; bypassing cracks; production of various coatings: EME, BBM, BTM, BBTM, acoustic coated, BBUM, BBDr, high-performance BBSG; implementation of slides of all types adapted to the rules in force). This contract has been awarded following an open tendering procedure, in accordance with Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issue of order forms, issued pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with two economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of candidates), without minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The services of the framework agreement will be carried out as and when order forms are issued by the public purchaser and will be paid according to the unit prices in the Unit Price Schedule, according to the quantities actually executed. The services shall not be divided into separate lots for the following reason(s): this consultation is not the subject of separate services. A single specificity of works (road works) and a single geographical area are planned (territory of the commune of Nîmes).
