Description

The object of the contract is the procurement of equipment and equipment for the project: Modernization, extension and endowment of the compulsory general education infrastructure and Improvement of urban public spaces, phase I, in Isaccea city "within the South-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, code Smis 328175, by concluding a contract with a duration of 4 months from the date of signature. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is a maximum of 10 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 6th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. If these deadlines end on non-working days, the Contracting Authority will reply on the last working day before that deadline.
