The subject of the contract is the supply of a self-propelled multifunctional engineering machine. The description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ: The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex 1. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the contract be brand new and comply with all applicable standards and regulations.
