Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych jednorazowego użytku do zabiegów endoskopowych i cholangiografii (zwanych dalej „przedmiotem umowy”) do 1 WSzKzP SP ZOZ w Lublinie zgodnie z ofertą cenową i szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia wyspecyfikowanym w Załącznikach nr 1.1–1.3 do SIWZ:
— zadanie nr 1 – zestawy protez z osprzętem do endoskopowej cholangiopankreatografii wstecznej,
— zadanie nr 2 – zestawy do endoskopowego leczenia schorzeń przewodu pokarmowego, trzustki i wątroby,
— zadanie nr 3 – balony żołądkowe do terapii otyłości.
