Description

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. The Municipality of Sędziszów and the entities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude one contract resulting from this public procurement procedure under an open tender procedure for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Municipality of Sędziszów and its organisational units. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual organisational units is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. It will be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. In order to perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to the SWZ), the Contracting Authority shall act on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Contracting Authority's registered office), on behalf of: • Municipal - Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Sędziszów • Sports and Recreation Centre in Sędziszów • Local Government Kindergarten No. 1 in Sędziszów • St. Nicholas Primary School No. 2 in Sędziszów Floriana in Sędziszów • Primary School in Pawłowice • General Education School Complex in Sędziszów • Local Government Nursery "Kraina Maluszka" in Sędziszów Order – purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: The estimated electricity demand for the period from 01.07.2025 to 31.12.2027 is 2 135 688 kWh.
