Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest utrzymanie w stałej sprawności technicznej instalacji i urządzeń, wykonywanie przeglądów technicznych, czynności konserwacyjnych oraz usuwanie awarii instalacji, systemów i urządzeń elektrycznych wysokoprądowych, wod-kan., klimatyzacji, wentylacji oraz pełnienie pogotowia technicznego w trybie 24 godzin na dobę, przez 7 dni w tygodniu przez cały okres trwania umowy w obiekcie dworca PKP Kraków Główny (dalej jako: Przedmiot zamówienia).
2.Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, zwany dalej: „OPZ”, stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
3.Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do zrealizowania Przedmiotu zamówienia na zasadach i warunkach określonych we Wzorze Umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ dalej jako „Wzór Umowy” oraz w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
