Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Management Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of occupational health care for employees according to § 3 ASiG divided into 9 lots (government districts). The framework agreement expires after 2 years. The contract is automatically renewed for a further year, up to a total contract term of four years The contract is awarded only after the participation of the main staff council (Article 75(4)(7) BayPVG). The tenderer will be provided with the complete tender, including the ‘Profile of the company doctor and her/his representative’ and the supporting documents submitted. The framework agreement starts for Lots 1, 3-9 on the 1st of the month following the award of the contract, but not before 01.10.2026. The framework agreement for lot 2 starts on the 1st of the month following the award of the contract, but not before 1 January 2027.
