Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical devices according to Packages No. 1-44 to the seat of the Ordering Party (person. Golden Autumn 1, Krakow), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to the nin. Specifications. 2. The validity/guarantee period of the subject of the contract may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The Contractor undertakes to carry out, at the request of the Ordering Party, training of the Ordering Party's staff at its registered office (person: Golden Autumn 1, Cracow) together with the first delivery of the goods to the Hospital Pharmacy on the date agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but not later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. The contractor will be obliged to submit an attendance list from the training referred to in paragraph. 3 with the signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence at the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 working days from the date of the training. 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to ask the Contractors at the stage of examination and evaluation of tenders to provide samples of the offered subject of the contract in order to test them and check the technical or professional ability of the Contractor to perform the contract. The costs related thereto shall be borne by the Contractor. 6. The remaining terms of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specifications.
