Description

Prezenta documentaţie de atribuire conţine cerinţele, criteriile, regulile şi informaţiile necesare pentru a asigura potenţialilor ofertanţi o informare completă, corectă şi explicită cu privire la modul de aplicare a procedurii de atribuire a acordului-cadru incheiat pentru o perioada de 24 de luni, având ca obiect achizitia de motorina si benzina fara plumb pentru autovehiculele aflate in administrarea Sectorului 4 al Municipiului Bucuresti.
Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt primite cu cel puţin 18 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor
