SmartLogisticNetwork- VE 01 sewer construction and culvert
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
1. The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is planning to introduce a forward-looking logistics concept called "SmartLogisticNetwork". This project is a central component of the strategic realignment of internal supply and disposal on the Venusberg campus. The aim is to establish an efficient, automated and sustainable logistics system for the long-term supply of existing and new hospital buildings, in particular the heart center currently under construction as well as other facilities in the north and south part of the campus. The SmartLogisticNetwork consists of the following subprojects: an underground logistics tunnel for the automated connection of central supply points, several connecting structures for the vertical and horizontal development of the buildings, a driverless transport system (AGV) for the automated distribution of goods, a new logistics centre and a modern waste management centre. 2.Project structure and planning status. The care of the heart center is currently in the performance phase 4-7 of the HOAI. The south connection is in the design planning (LPH 1-3 incl. HU construction). The measure will be implemented in two construction phases to ensure rapid commissioning of the AGV system for the care of the heart center and the northern clinic areas. The focus of the planning is on the technical building equipment of the logistics center and the waste management center as well as their structural connection to the tunnel system and the adjacent existing buildings. The in-house technical standards of the UKB apply, in particular with regard to automation, hygiene, occupational safety and energy efficiency. 3.Logistics tunnel and connecting structures The underground logistics tunnel is built either in an open construction process or in a press-fitting process. A comprehensive site clearance is required for implementation, especially in the area of the tunnel, the corner and connecting structures as well as the logistics and waste centre. Existing underground supply roads were recorded in the planning and are to be laid. Existing traffic routes must be rerouted. A central component is the connection building Supply Center / Apotel, which is executed both underground and above ground. These include the connections to the tunnel on level 2. UG, the connections to the two existing buildings on the ground floor as well as structural adjustments within the existing buildings for the handover and forwarding of the transport goods. 4.Driverless transport system (FTS) The FTS forms the backbone of the SmartLogisticNetwork. It is used throughout the tunnel and is networked with the connected buildings via automated transfer points. The conceptual planning and coordination was carried out by the FC Group. The driverless transport vehicles are designed as sub-drivers, which lift the conventional transport trolleys and transport them over the terrain to your destination. The control center of the system is located in the planned logistics center. The vehicles move along predefined, programmed routes and communicate autonomously with door controls and lifts. Starting from the logistics centre, the system opens up the central sterilisation (Fig. 45), the supply centre (Fig. 50), the pharmacy (Fig. 53), the new building of the heart centre (Fig. 25), the bed house 1 (Fig. 24), the surgery (Fig. 23), the operational centre (Fig. 22) and buildings 20, 3 and 4. Pharmacy products, medical devices, laundry, food, sterile goods and waste are transported via the AGV. In addition to the tunnel system, the driverless transport vehicles move up to the stations of the buildings, horizontally across the building corridors and vertically over the existing elevator systems. The connection of other hospital buildings - especially in the southern part of the campus - is already taken into account in the planning phase. 5.Technical infrastructure In order to ensure safe and efficient operation, the automation stations are equipped with BACnet interfaces in accordance with the AMEV recommendation. A comprehensive WLAN supply within the tunnel is provided to ensure the smooth operation of the AGV system. Subprojects The overall project is structured as follows: - Subproject 1: Logistics tunnel with connecting structures and AWT plant - Subproject 2: Logistics centre with waste management centre - special situations (including pipe laying) Each sub-project is divided into several sub-areas. The realization takes place in several phases. As part of a Europe-wide open call for tenders, services for canal construction and Düker were commissioned.
