1. The contracting authorities described in Chapter I of the SWZ jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Act), the authorised contracting authority – the Purchasing Group Leader – is the Municipality of Rypin. 2. Distribution services are/will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between contracting authorities (electricity customers) and DSOs. 7. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure in terms of: the right to pursue a specific economic or professional activity and the technical or professional ability. 12.
