Description

BIM planning Reception building Köthen - building planning and technical equipment The reception building Köthen was built in 1917 and is a monument (object no. 09471387) Part of the listed station ensemble Köthen. All measures must therefore be closely coordinated with the monument protection authority. The station is a through station and includes in addition to the premises, which are in own use, a travel center, DB junior station, a casino, a bakery, a bookstore and other rental and commercial units, which are currently vacant. For the Köthen EEC, the task is that the building fabric - i.e. building envelope and technical building equipment - needs to be renewed; from an energy point of view, the building does not meet the requirements of the JIT. For the travelers, it offers today rather low quality of stay. In addition, there is considerable vacancy in the upper floors, other areas are inefficiently used and / or functionally located in the wrong place. All these problems are mutually dependent, so that the existing potential of the building is neither visible nor can be used with the existing means – maintenance and small-scale further development. Taking into account the energy-efficient modernization, measures of structural modernization, the improvement of the quality of stay and functionality in the trades building (floors, ceilings, walls), roof, facade, windows and doors as well as the technical building equipment are to be implemented. Measures to establish or improve accessibility are also foreseen.
