Description

The project consists of the construction of a new driveway of 8 km between the compensation basin of Vissoie and the departure of the forced pipe in Niouc for the landing Vissoie-Chippis, of the development chain of the Motor Forces of Gougra SA. The majority of the route of the delivery road (inner diameter 3.6 m) will be excavated at the tunnel boring machine (7'705 ml) and the rest by conventional method in the soft ground (176 ml) and in the rocky massif (70 ml) in Vissoie. The project also includes the realization of an access gallery (600 ml) to Niouc in conventional method in the rocky massif, future chimney of equilibrium. The driveway excavated from the tunnel boring machine is coated with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements (heads). Transportation of excavation materials is provided by trucks. In addition, the project includes the termination of a new water intake in the dike of the Vissoie basin as well as the installation of a new forced line (120 ml) of connection between the intake gallery and the existing forced line to the Navizence power plant. For the completion of the works, four installation spaces are provided: three in the Niouc sector (portal of the balance chimney, portal of the marination gallery and storage place) and one in the Vissoie sector (portal at the water intake). About 400,000 to (or 150,000 m3) in place of materials are produced during the execution of the project. The main quantities of excavation materials at the tunnelling plant of the tunnel between Niouc and Vissoie will be managed from the Niouc site. The contractor will transport the sailor to places of his choice, where he will be valued or put in final landfill according to his lithology.
