Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Pflege-, Programmier-, Beratungs-, Customizing-, Test- und Basisleistungen und die optionalen Weiterentwicklungsleistungen für das gesamte Produktionsabwicklungssystem Gandalf im ZDF. Das Kern-System basiert auf der Quintiq Application Suite der Firma Dassault Systemes (ehemals Quintiq). Die Anwendungen werden mit der Programmiersprache QUILL (Quintiq Logic Language) entwickelt. Zusätzliche Gandalf-Anwendungen sind auf Basis von Microsoft .Net entwickelt worden und sind ebenfalls Teil dieser Ausschreibung. Das System bildet die Geschäftsprozesse der Produktionsabwicklung des ZDF von der Leistungsvereinbarung über den Kernprozess der Disposition, der Istdaten-Erfassung bis zur Verrechnung und Fakturierung ab.
