Description

Tasks No 1 – No 15: a) The waste will be loaded with the Ordering Party's equipment, and the Contractor will be obliged to substitute a container or other equipment adapted to receive this type of waste. b) The waste transferred for management will be transported by the Contractor at its expense. c) At the time of the transfer of waste by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, the Contractor will assume responsibility for the waste taken over, for the proper handling of it, for the consequences resulting therefrom and for the actions and omissions of the employees and entities he used when performing the subject of the contract (transporter). d) The collection of waste will be confirmed by waste transfer cards in accordance with the applicable regulations through the BDO. e) The amount of waste will be accounted for on the basis of the legalised commodity weight located at the Ordering Party according to the printout of the weighing proof. It is allowed to accept the settlement of waste on the basis of the legalized weight of goods located at the Contractor in the event of significant pollution, after prior agreement. f) The Contractor, including the transporter, is obliged to confirm the issued documents in the field of waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations. g) The Contractor, including the transporter of waste, is obliged to have an entry in the BDO to the extent necessary to perform the service and all decisions required in accordance with the applicable regulations.
