De opdracht betreft het leveren van diensten op het gebied van uitvoeringsbegeleiding van huisvestings- en (meerjaren)onderhoudsprojecten (MJOP).
De functies voor de uitvoeringsbegeleiding van huisvestingsprojecten (nieuwbouw en renovatieprojecten) zijn:
1. directievoerder;
2. toezichthouder;
3. combinatie van directievoering en toezicht, te weten directievoerende toezichthouder of directievoerder met toezichthouder(s).
De functie voor de uitvoeringsbegeleiding van (meerjaren)onderhoudsprojecten bestaat uit:
4. projectleider MJOP.
Van de opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht dat de bovengenoemde functies kunnen worden geleverd conform de daaraan gestelde eisen.
