Description

The acquisition concerns the supply of • Lot 1 - Insulated clamps • Lot 2 - Accessories for OHL • Lot 3 - OHL clamps JT-MT • Lot 4 - 110 KV clamps in accordance with the Tender Specifications and its Annexes. The technical requirements defined at the level of the contract notice, the tender specifications or other supporting documents, by reference to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to trade marks, patents, types, to a specific origin or production/method of manufacture/supply/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been submitted within the time limit set out in the tender notice, Ent. The Contractor will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set out in the Contract Notice for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law No 99/2016 and Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016. Ent. Contr. has no obligation to respond to requests for clarifications received after the specified deadline. All answers to the requested clarifications will be available to any interested Op.ec. by accessing the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section of the Contract Notice associated to this procedure through SEAP, using the interface: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub. If appropriate, Ent.Ctr may modify the content of the Assignment Documentation by issuing an Amendment to the Assignment Documentation. Changes may be issued at any time prior to the deadline for receipt of Offers, but Ent. Ctr. will allow, if necessary, sufficient time for the interested Op.ec. to prepare the Offers, by extending the deadline for receipt of the Offers. Duration of the Contract - a contract with a duration of 24 months for each lot will be concluded.
