The service also includes: delivery of containers or bags for mixed municipal waste and separately collected waste to all recipients declared and indicated by the Ordering Party; equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point owned by the Municipality of Konopnica with containers and collecting waste from this point and operating a doorstep collection system for large-scale waste from households located in the Municipality of Konopnica in accordance with the schedule, once a year in May 2026 and 2027 covered by this contract. Collection does not include waste generated in the course of business by economic operators. 3. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the following waste fractions: 1) paper; 2) metals; 3) plastics; 4) glass; 5) multi-material packaging waste; (6) bio-waste; 7) expired drugs and chemicals; 8) waste ineligible for medical waste, resulting from the receipt of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; waste batteries and accumulators; 10) waste electrical and electronic equipment; 11) furniture and other bulky wastes; 12) worn tyres up to 1250 mm; 13) construction and demolition waste from households; 14) waste from textiles and clothing; 15) ash from household furnaces; 16) mixed waste. 4.
