Gara di appalto riservata ai sensi degli artt. 20, paragrafo 1, della direttiva 2014/24/UE e 61 del d.lgs. 36/2023 mediante procedura aperta - ex art. 71 d.lgs. n. 36/2023 - per l'affidamento dell'insieme unitario ed integrato dei servizi ausiliari a supporto del regolare funzionamento delle strutture educative per la prima infanzia del Comune di Perugia, in conformità, ove applicabile, alle specifiche tecniche ed alle clausole contrattuali contenute nei criteri ambientali minimi di cui al decreto Ministero dell’ambiente e della tutela del territorio e del mare del 29.01.2021 (pubblicato in G.U. n. 42 del 19 febbraio 2021) e modificato con decreto del Ministero della transizione ecologica del 24.09.2021.
