3.1. The subject of the competition is the selection of the entity to which the contract will be awarded for the provision of health services for insured persons and other eligible persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45-47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: Providing health services in the field of medical physics and acting as the Head of the Medical Physics Department. Names and codes describing the subject-matter of the contract as specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV 85111200-2 – Medical hospital services CPV 85141000-9 – Services provided by medical personnel 3.2. Health benefits will be provided on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and on non-working days in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Deputy Director for Health and Human Services. Medical treatment or another person appointed in writing by the Director. 3.3. The awarding entity allows for the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of units/cells in the case of the creation of new units/cells or other organizational changes at the awarding entity and/or in the case of provision of health services by the awarding entity on behalf of other entities. The list of services required by the Contractor is set out in Annex 5 to the SWKO.
