Description

The provision of social services for a maximum of 50 adults with disabilities, distributed on 3 Lots, for which a protection measure has been established, by the Commission for the Evaluation of Adults with Disabilities Alba, in accordance with Article 32(1) of Law 448/2006, read in conjunction with the provisions of Articles 2, 5 and 17 of Government Decision 430/2008, within CABR, County. Alba, in compliance with Order No 82/2019 on the approval of specific minimum quality standards for social services for adults with disabilities, Annex 1 and the requirements of the specifications. The organisational structure, the number of posts and the categories of staff must be approved according to the decision of the management bodies of the private social services provider, as provided for in Government Decision No 867/2015 and Order No 82/2019 – on specific minimum quality standards. The private provider of social services will be able to modify the organizational structure of the contracted service in compliance with the provisions of Order No 82/2019 and without jeopardising the life and integrity of the beneficiaries.
