Description

In the course of the extension as well as the refurbishment and functional adaptation of the existing building of the Bauhaus-Archiv / Museum für Gestaltung, open-air installations are to be produced. The subject of this invitation to tender is the outdoor facilities and their surroundings. These mainly include landscaping, civil engineering and metal construction work. The processing area is approx. 10600m2 The main services are: NEW CONSTRUCTION (underbuilt areas) - 1210 m2 concrete slabs - 15 m2 open channel made of precast concrete parts - 13 m stool bench made of precast concrete parts with wooden support - 280 m block steps - 900 m2 lawn - 100 m2 planting bed - 20 m2 planting bucket at Von-der-Heydt-Straße INNENHOF (some underbuilt areas) - 40 m2 concrete slabs - 520 m2 cobblestone pavement - 104 m2 planting areas ALTBAU / BESTANDSBAU (some underbuilt areas) - 60 m3 excavation pit and pipe trenches - 550 m3 excavation and disposal gravel-splitted-brechsand-mixture - 750 m2 bone composite pavement (on the construction side existing material) - 930 m2 concrete slabs (on the construction side existing material) - 4552 concrete slabs (new material) - 1402 m2 mosaic pavement - 50 m2 extensive roof greening - 129 m2 raised bed and hedges - 50 m2 lawn PUBLIC PATH / UMFELD - 145 m3 excavation and disposal of gravel-split-crushed-sand mixture - 35 m2 new pavement crossing concrete paving 20/10 - 500 m2 mosaic paving lower and upper strips and waterside path - 470 m2 slab flooring - 1000 m2 lawn areas on the waterside path EQUIPMENT / INSTALLED - Enclosure waste site - Tool shed - Bicycle rack - Trash can - Irrigation system
