Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 20 new buses of the type Maxi (rolling stock B) fuelled with compressed CNG gas meeting the EURO VI exhaust emission standard and meeting the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, which is attached as Annex 1a to the ToR and in the list of equipment constituting Annex 4 to the ToR. Given that the contracting authority conducted a technical dialogue prior to the launch of the procurement procedure, pursuant to Article 31d of the Public Procurement Act, it makes available information which it obtained and provided during the preparation of the procedure, this information is attached as Annex 1b to the ToR.
