The own company Städtische Wohnbau Kirchheim unter Teck (SWK) intends to supplement its housing stock in order to create subsidized, social housing. The building plot intended for this purpose in the residential area ‘Schafhof’ is owned by the municipal housing company.// The object of the competition is services according to HOAI for the conception of the new construction of residential buildings in Kirchheim unter Teck. The competition is a one-stage, non-open realization competition, with an upstream selection procedure, with 25 participants. The promoter selects 7 participants in advance. The procedure is anonymous.// Eligible are natural and legal persons who meet the required technical requirements. In the case of natural persons, the professional requirements are met if, in accordance with the legislation of their country of origin, they are entitled to use the professional title of architect and landscape architect on the day of publication.
