Description

Die Universitätsstadt Marburg beabsichtigt im Stadtteil Marburg-Cappel den Neubau eines
Feuerwehrstützpunktes mit Ausbildungs- / Trainingszentrum mit Übungsturm, Waschhalle
sowie einer Fahrzeughalle in Massivbauweise zu errichten. Weiterhin ist eine weitere offene Fahrzeughalle mit Massivsockel und Stahlkonstruktion geplant. Das Feuerwehr-Hauptgebäude wird 2-, der Übungsturm 3- und alle Nebentrakte 1-geschossig jeweils mit Flachdächern und ohne Unterkellerung, ausgeführt. Der Bruttorauminhalt aller Bauteile beträgt rd. 14.400 cbm. Die Realisierung der Maßnahme erfolgt durch Ausschreibungen in insgesamt ca. 25 Einzelgewerken (europaweit, national, beschränkt). Der Baubeginn ist bereits erfolgt.
