Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision to the Ordering Party by the Contractor of subscription to the Software together with the granting or ensuring by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of an appropriate license enabling the use of the Software on the terms resulting from the License Terms: as part of the basic contract, the Software indicated in Annex No 1 to the SOPZ (SOPZ) point 1(1) - in the number indicated therein, - under the option right, the Software indicated in Annex No 1 to the SOPZ (SOPZ) point 1(2) - in the number indicated therein, together with the grant or provision by the Contractor of a license enabling the use of the above-mentioned Software. Software under the terms of the License Terms for a period of 12 months (annual subscription) from the date of activation of the Software confirmed by the Quality Acceptance Protocol. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the FTZ.
