Description

1.The subject of the order is the delivery of coffee and tea carried out up to 16 WOG: 1) task no. 1 place of delivery food warehouse ul. Main 1 78-513 Oleszno; 2) task no. 2 place of delivery food warehouse ul. Thursdays 4, 78-521 Złocieniec, ul. Kościuszki 24 78-600 Wałcz. 3. The Recipient orders goods from the Contractor with delivery at the Contractor's expense and risk, ex-warehouse of the Recipient. 4. Delivery of the goods will take place by insured transport, at the expense of the Contractor. 5. The Contractor shall assume responsibility for the deficiencies and defects arising during the transport of the products and shall bear all legal consequences in this respect. 6. The Purchaser shall not allow the use of replacement packaging for food products during the implementation of this Agreement. 7. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract.
